For in-person trainings, we offer a partial credit toward another training due to venue expenses incurred to reserve the space.
For online trainings, we offer a full credit that can be applied to the next training or other online programs.
For hybrid trainings (a mix of in-person and online), we offer a partial credit to account for venue costs.
